Community Involvement:  Loving our Neighbors

Trinity Fairview Village takes Jesus' call to love our neighbors as ourselves seriously.  We prioritize and enjoy participating in caring ministries, especially benefitting the local community. Our ongoing activities include:

  • Serving lunch at Cecil & Grace Bean’s Soup Kitchen in Norristown the 4th Thursday of each month.
  • Food Drive every Sunday afternoon providing sandwiches for Missionary Sisters of Charity and nonperishables for Daily Bread Food Pantry and St James Outreach House.
  • Community Dinner for the Homeless through All Saints Episcopal Church
  • Gemma Services (a merger of Silver Springs, Martin Luther School, and Presbyterian Children’s Village). Trinity has a long history of supporting the important work at Gemma. Most recently, we provide stuffed animals for every residential student at Christmas, host a fall picnic party on our campus, and offer the students new books weekly.
  • Blanket Drives
